Hmm, this wasn’t my favorite. I thought that the texture of the beef was too heavy, dense, and slimy. And it needed more seasoning! There are better things on their menu, so I don’t know why this tartare deserves a spot on the 7×7 Big Eat SF list. 😦

The kitchen was kind enough to split the order between two plates, and we didn’t even ask. That was cool! The burger was very tasty. I loved the lamb flavor and the patty was juicy and tender. I also liked the Vietnamese flavors. What I didn’t like was the weird ketchup. It was super sweet and kinda ruined the perfectly delicious fries.

I didn’t think I would like this because it looked like rabbit food when it came out, but it was surprisingly delicious. I also didn’t mind that it was only lightly dressed. I thought I would need more dressing to hide all the leafy tastes, lol!
