Absinthe hamburger – Absinthe

Absinthe hamburger - Absinthe
Piedmontese beef chuck and brisket, aioli, gem lettuce, red onion, house-made pickles, french fries. Add fried egg. $18
Absinthe, San Francisco CA

This burger was very tasty, and very filling! I also love the hot, crispy French fries. I’m not sure why I thought I needed this and the soft pretzel rolls while eating alone for lunch. I was stuffed! But very content. 🙂

Bread and salted butter - Absinthe
Bread and salted butter. Complimentary

Soft garlic pretzels – Absinthe

Soft garlic pretzels - Absinthe
Vermont cheddar mornay. $9

Omg, these are SO delicious! They are warm, soft, salty, and wonderful dipped into the cheddar mornay sauce. I could eat an entire plate of these as a meal. Noms!
