Eh, I wasn’t very impressed with this dish. I felt like it could have been more rich and flavorful, and the sauce could have been a little thicker. There also wasn’t any starch or something carb-y to balance the dish. Thank goodness we ordered a side of polenta.

Wow, this pizza was amazing! The mushrooms were so flavorful and delicious, and the crust was perfect – not too thick or too thin. The smoked mozzarella added to the earthiness of the pizza and of course I had to have an egg added! 🙂

Mmm, this pasta was delicious! I don’t think I’ve had this type of pasta before and I really liked the texture of it. The house-made ricotta salata was also pretty amazing with the awesome ragu. So good!

Mmm, this pasta was delicious and it had a great earthy quality. The ricotta gnocchi were perfect pillows of goodness, and it was cool that it was served with mushroom broth. I haven’t had gnocchi this way before and it was refreshing.
