Mmm, this pasta was delicious! I don’t think I’ve had this type of pasta before and I really liked the texture of it. The house-made ricotta salata was also pretty amazing with the awesome ragu. So good!

What a thick and beautiful pasta! I love the cheese shavings and light sauce. Wine looks perfect for the dish.
This is a bit of a signature dish for them. The hand-made pasta was absolutely lovely!
