These oysters were fresh and delicious. I love Miyagi’s because they’re pretty small, clean tasting and briny. Mmm…

Serrano ham, pine nut escabeche. Chef’s tasting $45
Tinto, Palm Springs CA

These were good, solid even, but nothing very special. I liked the addition of the serrano ham to the brussels sprouts though for added flavor.
