Pt. Reyes blue cheese, watercress, toasted hazelnuts. Lunch prix fixe $30

Simple and delicious! I loved the perfect wedges of purple and golden beets (go Huskies!). Local Point Reyes blue cheese is great with everything, and the minimal dressing was perfect in showcasing the main components. Noms!
