I think it’s funny when menus say things like “curry to taste”, as if they would add curry not to taste. Perhaps it’s just poor translation but it’s cute. This dish was ok, I wasn’t blown away or even impressed really. I did like that there were plenty of vegetables.

Maybe some people might like their curries mild, regular, or extra spicy – some might even want red, green, or yellow curry 😉
True, but I don’t think you can actually choose the spice level or color of the curry if you order this dish. I think it’s curry to the restaurant’s taste.
