This sandwich was a bit different. I had mixed feelings about the raspberry jam. One the one hand, I liked the fruity component, but I also thought that it was maybe too sweet for the sandwich. The balance was off.

I’m strangely intrigued by the idea of raspberry jam and brie! I’ve tried brie and cranberry before which was nice so I guess it’s not that much of a leap to raspberry instead.
I think brie + all berries sound delicious! 🙂
