I enjoyed that this salad wasn’t tossed and that you could mixed the ingredients yourself as you liked. The dressing was on the tart side though, but I really liked the whole white anchovies.

Yum! Cesar Salad is one of my ultimate favorite foods. I love this deconstructed take. I think I’m gonna have to try this. I’ve made a Cesar salad pasta, using the same idea. Parm, parsley, olive oil and anchovies. It was to die for.
Casesar salad pasta sounds amazing! I love anchovies so I’m a sucker for the flavor combination.
