Hmm, again, this tasted good but I wasn’t totally impressed. Perhaps I’m just spoiled from living near the Mission in San Francisco where I can get authentic, delicious tacos any time and for less money.

The Walrus and the Carpenter, Seattle WA
These little oysters were delicious! I sat at the oyster bar during happy hour and this place was packed. I waited over 30 minutes for a seat to open up but it was worth it. I will say that there was a little bit of shell debris in some of my oysters, but that was easily forgivable for their freshness. The service here was also top notch. The guy behind the bar was great as was the hostess!

On an unrelated note, this is the BEST Wednesday EVER! SCOTUS has struck down DOMA and Prop 8. Love prevails and San Francisco is in celebration!

Unlike other food I had at El Chupacabra, they make decent salsa fresca and guacamole. Maybe next time I’ll just come and relax with a beer and snack on these.
