This was a simple dessert, but very tasty. The silky texture of the pudding was lovely, and paired perfectly with the crispy biscotti and smooth whipped cream.

This roasted chicken was delicious and there was plenty of it! The chicken was juicy and tender, but I think what put it over the top was the amazing salsa verde. It was unexpected and just added SO much flavor to the dish. NOMS!!!

These potatoes were delicious. I’m not sure how they were prepared, but I wouldn’t be surprised if duck fat was involved. Noms!
