Ok, I don’t even like butterscotch very much, but add a fluffy vanilla chantilly and candied nuts, then I can easily stomach it. Actually, I really enjoyed this dessert! Mmm…

I loved the flavors of this dish especially from the rhubarb, but the chicken was really dry! Even the potato galette was dry so I was pretty disappointed. The plate looked beautiful though.

Simple and delicious! I loved the perfect wedges of purple and golden beets (go Huskies!). Local Point Reyes blue cheese is great with everything, and the minimal dressing was perfect in showcasing the main components. Noms!
