This lamb belly was wonderful! It pretty much melting in your mouth and tasted great! I was still full for the foie gras, but I dug deep and polished off this plate too. Noms! 🙂

This dish was beautiful and delicious! I loved the fermented cherries and they tasted great with the foie gras terrine. I was dining alone so I had to eat all of this (poor me, lol). Seriously though, this was was a lot of fat for one person, but it was SO good!

Wow, this dish was both delicate on texture and aggressive with flavor. The scallops were SO tender and silky and I loved all the wonderful toppings. Delish!
