I like how the food at Eric’s is pretty consistent. You’re always gonna get what you tasted last time and not some surprised dish with different ingredients and flavors. This is probably why I keep returning for their delicious dishes.

One 4 ounce patty, ground daily all natural Niman Ranch beef. “Everything on it” with lettuce, tomato, red onions, Super sauce, and cheese. $5.50

I don’t know why I didn’t get cheese on this burger. Perhaps I was feeling healthy that day (yeah, right!). Anyway, the patty on this burger seemed a little over done this time around. #lame
