This wasn’t my favorite. I don’t the the mushrooms and delicata squash went well together. They had opposing flavors and textures that just didn’t vibe. Hmm…

This burger was delicious! The patty was juicy and flavorful and I loved the blue cheese on top. The fries were also great, and I especially enjoyed the anchovy(?) dipping sauce. Noms!

This sandwich was really dry! The ciabatta was dry, the pork was dry, the undressed arugula was dry, the cracklings were dry. 😦 They really need more sauce on this thing, or at least dress the arugula lightly. I liked the balsamic onion marmalade though, and the overall flavor of the sandwich was good besides being super dry.
