Mmm, this po’boy was really good! I liked everything except for the bread that they used – it was so thick and kinda difficult to chew through. The shrimp were cooked perfectly and I loved their remoulade sauce. I also like that they added pickles to the sandwich. It really gave the slaw an added acidic punch.
