This soup was very flavorful, but surprisingly light compared to something like a pozole. I didn’t know what to expect and I was pleasantly surprised. The flavors were subtle but well developed. I was tickled by the dried whole pepper plopped in the middle.

I make baked garbanzo beans as a snack. I use the powder flavorings for popcorn to season them. I bet we would love those fried ones!!
