This squash soup tasted great and it had a great silky texture. It also looked great, but thought they should done a better job of wiping the side of the bowl before serving.

Meh, I thought this would be great but the broth was too bitter! The bread was also soft and quickly became super soggy. There wasn’t many mussels either so it wasn’t very substantial.

Mmm, vegetables roasted in duck fat are pretty great tasting, hehe. I’m not one to normally order sides of vegetables, but they’re great when prepared like this! 🙂
