The chicken was very tender and flavorful, but it certainly was a small serving. And OMG, both the chicken and mashed potatoes were so effing salty! I thought I might develop a kidney stone if I finished it – gross! The five pieces of green beans didn’t help things out either. Maybe this is God’s way of telling me that I’ve been overeating lately, lol!

This curry had a good flavor, but the slices of beef were pretty tough and difficult to chew. The unincorporated coconut milk on top also threw me off. I don’t think it looked very appetizing.

Ugh, I really didn’t want to come back here, but some of the guys I was working with wanted to try it for their first time. Suffice it to say they were not impressed and I wasn’t either for my second attempt. The food was below average and the workers aren’t even Mexican, lol! We thought that they were likely from Central America instead.
