I think that this dish was pretty to look at, but it didn’t taste very good. I don’t think that all the tropical flavors really accentuated the lobster, and the sticky white sauce on the bottom was just weird and had a off-putting texture. I couldn’t even recognize some of the ingredients and was left wondering what exactly went wrong.

Hmmm… it looks like something is missing and at the same time, like too much is going on.
Yeah, it was an odd dish. And one I wouldn’t order again. 😦
