Mmm, these calamari were done right! They weren’t dry and over-fried and chewy. They were still tender and packed with flavor, a little heat and some sweetness. A nice early evening snack to kick off the night.

Crispy calamari is a dish (when made really well) that can make you think you’re eating only a little amount and then you’ll soon realize you’ve already eaten the whole thing but you still want more. Hehehe.
