Meh, I wasn’t too impressed with these oysters. They were overcooked and started to get tough. They also didn’t come with an interesting sauce, just calamansi. I guess this would be fine if the oysters were good quality and not overdone.

Never tried oysters, they scare me a bit. Not sure I could eat them raw
I never ate them growing up, but have been more comfortable in the past few years. I can still only eat the small ones raw drenched in a mignonette, and they’re delicious if they’re fresh!
Bummer. I love oysters, especially on the half shell. If they are over cooked they are ruined.
Yeah. I would have preferred them raw, but they were on the larger size so I wanted them cooked. Too bad they were overdone.
