I wasn’t too impressed with this paella. I think they precook it and then reheat ordered portions in the paella pan because there wasn’t a delicious, crusty layer of rice on the bottom that you get from cooking the paella in the pan the entire time. The flavors were ok, but I thought the quality was mediocre.

hello, I was just looking through your blog – I find it so interesting because the food is so different from what I would eat in England! But I especially like the look of this, I might look out for some more chicken and chorizo recipes.
I’m sure you can get really good imported chorizo with your close proximity to Spain. I ate SO much paella in Barcelona.
yeah I’ll definitely look around for that, you can get so much chorizo here but I want the good stuff !
This one may not have been the best paella but, as a rule chorizo works amazingly well with paella rice.
I also love chorizo with mussels! But this paella still sucked. 🙂
