Mmm, this was really tasty! The short ribs were tender and had a great delicious charred crust. I loved that they used coarse sea salt on the egg yolk and mustard greens for added texture and flavor, and the sambal daikon was yummy.

Shilshole Bay.
The bay is gorgeous! As for the food – YAY, egg! 🙂
