This ceviche was ok. The dish was a little on the sour side for my taste and the red coloring in the juices had a gritty texture. It was not my favorite item.

How disappointing! It looked and sounded promising…though, I can’t actually see any fish in the picture.
Good ceviche isn’t always easy to find. I am still searching in Chicago.
