This looks great. Reminds me of grilled squid + aioli verde you can get at little seaside cafes along the Mediterranean 🙂 Nice memories in this horrible winter weather!

I had a dish in Portland, Maine at Street and Co. where they slow cooked the squid and combines it with olives in a rich sauce. It blew my mind at how tender it was and it is easily one of the top 5 things I have ever eaten. Grilled calamari when it’s not overcooked is great.
