You can’t really tell, but there are tiny pieces of roasted beets in there – I swear! That was another disappointing thing about this restaurant – if I’m ordering a beet salad, I think the beets should be a prominent component! Ugh!

OMG, I am so relieved to see it’s food! All that showed up in my email on this was ‘roasted baby’ and after all of the terrible news the passed few days, my heart sank! Whooh! By the way, the salad looks fabulous, as does all of the food you post… God bless you!
