This was a new one for me! I’ve never had a Chinese egg drop soup with seaweed in it. It wasn’t bad, but just different. There was nothing else in there – no tofu or vegetables. Kinda weird, but not untasty.

It’s very easy to make; the egg tasted really nice along with tofu; the meal that I ate also included rice and pork. We paid something like $7.50, plus tea and fortune cookies.
That’s a great value!
