These were ok, but I wasn’t pleased by the still doughy texture of the inside of the beignets. The flavor was decent though and I liked the cajun remoulade.

This crab cake was awesome! The lump crab was very “lump” and the cake had very little filler. The spicy remoulade was also a nice change from the typical tartar sauce. Mmm…
