Husk fried kielbasa - The Bar at Husk
A pretty simple dish, but all the components were delicious! The kielbasa had a great smoky flavor and was nice and fatty. I loved the pickled egg and relish, they added some acidity to help cut the fat. I’m not a big mustard fan, but the beer mustard tasted great too.

Braised pork steamed bun – Chairman Bao Truck

Braised pork steamed bun Chairman Bao Truck

With savoy cabbage and preserved mustard seeds. $3.75
Chairman Bao Truck, San Francisco

I’ve almost tried all the different steamed buns available at The Chairman Bao Truck – I think I just the crispy garlic tofu to go.  The braised pork was very good.  It was super tender and I love the cabbage and mustard seed topping.  These guys sure know how to make a delicious bun!
