I don’t think I’ve ever had a dish like this before. It had a very interesting, fluffy texture and it tasted great. The accompanying sauce was tart and salty, but pair nicely with the curry fish mousse.

The liked this dish. The beef was tender and all the vegetables were fresh and crisp. We ordered this dish “medium”, but it wasn’t too spicy. I think we should have ordered it “hot”.

Wow, this was some of the best larb that I’ve had in a long time. I normally don’t say this, but I actually liked that there were lots of greens and vegetables with this larb. It was SO bright, refreshing and delicious.
