Lark burger - Lark
House-ground lamb and angus beef, burrata and oregano, house aioli spread, served with fries. $15
Lark, San Francisco CA

The patty looked SO tiny on the bun, but it was sure tasty! I’m not sure I’ve ever had a burger with burrata on top before, but I’d definitely have it again (I love burrata!). And the fries were damn good!

Sauteed feta calamari - Lark
Artichokes, sundried tomatoes, olive and fresh herbs in pepperoncini sauce. $13
Lark, San Francisco CA

This dish was just as tasty this time around. The calamari rings appeared to me larger this time, but I thought they tasted great and were easy to chew.

Butterflied tiger prawns - Lark
Sauteed in garlic, fresh tomatoes, artichokes, brussels sprouts, olives and house red sauce. $13
Lark, San Francisco CA

This tasted fine, but I wasn’t really excited by it. The prawns were a bit overcooked and tough, but I liked the overall flavors enough.

Kurdish meatballs - Lark
Ground angus beef and lamb, shallots, parsley, oregano and house tomato basil sauce. $11
Lark, San Francisco CA

These weren’t as good as last time. They were bland and really didn’t speak to me. I could have done without an order of these during this meal.

Burrata crostini - Lark
Topped with olive tapenade and arugula. $11
Lark, San Francisco CA

I love burrata cheese so I thought that these crostini were wonderful. The texture and flavor of the burrata was great and I loved the crunchy, toasted bread.

These meatballs tasted great. They were a bit on the dense side, but not too bad. The sauce was especially tasty!

The texture of this hummus was great and the lambs was nicely seasoned and tasty. I needed more pita though.

I liked the Mediterranean flavors in this dish. It was fresh and bright tasting and the calamari had a great texture (not rubbery).

Charcuterie board – Lark

Charcuterie board - Lark
Selection of prepared meats, jam, nuts and fruit. $18
Lark, San Francisco CA

This was a decent charcuterie board. The salumi weren’t anything different or special, but they tasted good enough and they at least provided four different kinds. They should have served more toasted baguette slices though.
