Ok, these were pretty damn delicious! The egg custard filling is molten hot, so be careful though. I loved the sweet flavor and the grainy texture of it.

These were a disappointment. I heard great things about this dish, but the ribs didn’t have a nice rich flavor that I was expecting. They were also tough and hard to eat.

Mmm, these were delicious and one of my favorites from the meal. I loved the XO sauce and dried pork(?) on top. The shrimp filling was also very good.
