Again, the protein was pretty dry on this dish. It tasted fine and had a nice grilled flavor, but it was difficult to eat. Good thing the refried beans were yummy.

This was ok. I liked the refried beans and rice, but the chicken was pretty dry. Thank goodness it came with a side of guacamole (not shown) to help add some moisture. Meh.
