Wow, this dessert was pretty amazing! I loved the texture of both the frozen custard and that marvelous egg yolk caramel sauce. Easily one of the best desserts I’ve had in a while!

Wow, I loved everything about this sandwich. It was beautiful and absolutely delicious and fun to eat. The combination of flavors and textures was great, and it was fun to eat. I liked the dark, dense bread and the smoked salmon was tasty and beautifully colored. Noms!

This sandwich was good, but really vanilla. The flavors were too subtle and even the pho broth was bland. The ingredients read like you’re gonna get a party in your mouth, but it quickly became a snoozefest. 😦
