These were delicious! They weren’t greasy at all and the shrimp were still soft and juicy. Noms!

Fried oyster wrapped in bacon, with arugula and aioli. Happy hour, each $3.50

This fast good, but even with the sauce the entire bite was really dry! Between the fried oyster and the dry bacon, this appetizer was in desperate need of some moisture. Maybe they just overcooked my order, but I would never put this lame bite on a must-eat list.

I met some co-workers out for happy hour at Anchor and Hope one day. The bar area was packed during that time of day, omg! I tried a few things, but by the time David arrived happy hour was over and we still wanted more oysters. We ordered a sampling of west coast oysters because we prefer the smaller sized variety from that area. I remember that they tasted pretty good, but they weren’t properly cleaned and there were a few shell shards in the half shell. Lame.
