I know I promised never to return to Tokyo Express for lunch, but I was really craving cheap sushi and this place is fairly close to my office. The food was surprisingly palatable this time around! The fish, although certainly not the freshest, was much better than the last time, and the rice was less sour and more moist than previously. Kudos for the improvement!
