These weren’t my favorite. The bread was really hard and dry and the toppings were as refined and flavorful as they could have been.

I think the bread was supposed to be crispy. Being from Finland, you get a lot of crisp bread like biscotti – but not sweet. Flat rye crackers and large dry bread called “Korppu” You can buy dry crisp bread in all shapes and sizes from Holland and mostly northern European countries. If the bread’s too soft the salmon is soft it’s a limpy combo. I have tried both ways. Calabrese bread is nice.
