These were good (not the best), but at a dollar each I’m not gonna complain too much. As long as I had a bit of the mignonette with them I was fine. Some of them weren’t shucked very cleanly though, but the seaweed garnish was a nice touch.

Hard to complain about $1 oysters. There used to be a place where I lived a few years back that $0.50 oysters Mon-Wed. They weren’t the best in the world, but a dozen was only $6 and they were more than edible! Nice find.
I’d be scared of super cheap oysters, but I’d try it anyway. Thank goodness I’ve never gotten sick from a bad oyster yet. *knock on wood
