Open-faced sprouted rye bread sandwiches. Rainbow trout with green walnut, beet and rabe. Beef tartare with tonnato sauce and bottarga. Kale with sunflower tahini and yoghurt. $18

The rainbow trout smorrebrod was definitely my favorite! The beef tartare was definitely overpowered by all the bottarga shavings on top, and the kale tahini smorrebrod was kinda boring (definitely doesn’t deserve to be on a foodie list).
