Hmm, this wasn’t my favorite. There was something bitter and a bit fishy to this dish that I didn’t enjoy. It’s weird because I had brunch here the day prior and everything was great. Why couldn’t dinner be equally as fabulous. Perhaps I ordered the wrong things…

That’s too bad. I’m always looking for a good place in D.C. to take the hubby. I love scallops too, but rarely can find a place that cooks them right.

  I would still recommend Le Diplomate. Last time I checked, they had changed up their scallop dish so they tend to go seasonal. The scallops themselves were great, but there was something in the sauce or vegetables that tasted off.
