Ugh, these are SO bad for you! But they were delicious and the mustard aioli was a perfect sauce. The pickles were perfectly fried – crispy on the outside and not greasy at all.

Fried pickles are soooo good. It’s weird and makes no sense, but it works. Never had spears though. I’ve mostly had them in slices.
I’ve had them both ways and prefer the spears, myself.
LOVE THEM!! I had fried pickle chips at our County Fair this summer…FABULOUS!!
Salt + fried = WIN!
And extra cardio!!!
