Wow, this was amazing! Ugh, I really love great food and Le Pigeon certainly delivered. I mean who thinks of huckleberries and horseradish?! The lamb shoulder was delicious and all the component really supported it beautifully. Noms!

I dog the plating of that place! Their style is different. Unusual but working flavor pairings deserve respect as well
I love it when restaurants try new combinations. But they should only serve the successful ones. I think Le Pigeon was successful in their dishes.
