Asparagus, sour orange, sunchoke. $12
Rich Table, San Francisco CA
This was the first time I’ve tried a cotechino and it was interesting. I felt like it was a hybrid between a loose sausage and a meatloaf. It had a soft texture that was easy to eat, but there was something bitter in the dish (perhaps in the sauce) that I couldn’t quite place. It was a little off-putting. I’m glad I tried it though.

Thorny’s Pride: bourbon, maple, gran classico, meletti clove. $11
Manhattan: Buffalo Trace bourbon. $11
It looks quite pretty.
Are you gonna put our C&W visit online? If so, can you let me know beforehand, would be fun to publish simultaneously.
I can skip ahead and post it whenever. Just let me know when you want to post and I can ad a link to yours in mine. 🙂
Oh as you know I don’t post chronologically, so I don’t have a timeline on it… I still gotta come up with a post for this week, but I think not this time, maybe in like 2 weeks?
Sounds good. Just lemme know beforehand cause my posts only take a few minutes to create. 🙂
Will do
