I’m all for pizzas not having sauce, but this wasn’t very good. It was super dry and sad. The only thing providing any juicy element were the few strands of caramelized red onions because even the spinach had dried out from baking. The dough was also a little too thick to have it without sauce, and the warm toasted almonds dried out your mouth even more. I’d say this pizza was a FAIL.

Yeah, I don’t mind no sauce on pizza but it can’t be this dry!
That is the saddest pizza I’ve ever seen š¦ Even vegan pizzas at least get a little olive oil love š

I’m wondering what moved this pizzeria to put this particular pizza on their menu, because I really don’t see how this could work without any sauce! My mouth gets dry even thinking about it, haha!
