Mmm, another delicious dish from Nha Hang Ngon. This had SO much flavor and a variety of textures – it was perfect! The seafood was prepared properly and the sauce was amazing. I could eat two plates of this!

I’ve actually been back a few weeks and finally getting around to posting pics. We were only in Ho Chi Minh but tried to pack in as much as possible. I see that you were in Hanoi! Fun! I wish we could have made it up there. I’ve heard it’s beautiful!
Hanoi was much easier to negotiate than HCM. Have lots of pics and posts to follow. Sapa was really lovely. And Phu Quoc. Good food all over the country. And so cheap! I’m missing it now. Love your pics. Making me hungry.
