Mmm, I love artichokes! This dish was very tasty and the bacon herbed bread crumbs were fabulous. It took a while to eat through all the leaves, but we enjoyed savoring each one!

I love artichoke! I grew up with a huge growth of Jerusalem Artichoke near home, and we used to eat it all the time! It’s so good!!
The variety they are grilling/baking in restaurants now comes out so smooth with some olive oil and spices!
Yeah, there’s a lot of artichoke farming in the Bay Area so we’re kinda spoiled. I never had one until I was an adult but I’m totally hooked.
Which varieties do you have access to? And of those, which are your favorite?
The artichoke dish looks incredible…nice presentation on the plate too! I don’t think I’ve ever had pink sea salt though!
Most of the pink sea salt I’ve had are Hawaiian but I’ve been seeing more and more at specialty markets.
