Ugh, this was probably the blandest pineapple upside down cake I’ve ever had. There was no enjoyment in this dessert. The cake was on the dry side and the pineapple portion was just boring. Even the vanilla ice cream could do little to liven up this sad dessert.

I love your honesty in your review of food. So often, people give fantasy-like reviews without any real substance. You seem to have a real knack of explaining why something doesn’t live up to its hype. This is a real skill, please don’t lose it. Cheers, keep up the good work.
