This dish was beautiful and delicious! I loved the different preparations of the asparagus. And the miner’s lettuce and brassica flowers looked great against the frothy foam. Noms!

It’s a beautiful plate for sure. Crazy but I have a hard time with foams for some reason. It’s like a shrimp, I can’t get past the look of them to eat them ha ha
