I was NOT impressed by this dish. It was surprisingly bland and the fish was NOT fresh tasting, and the dry tortillas bewildered me. Who in their right mind would serve these sad discs to diners?
Ugh. I hate bad ceviche. It’s such a simple thing, but somehow people mess it up.
It definitely helps to start with great quality fish, and this was NOT it!
